Notice of Non-Discrimination/Admissions Policy
Our Lady of the Snows School does not discriminate against any student, applicant, or employee because of sex, race, color, racial, or ethnic origin. Priority in admission of new students is granted to registered, active, supporting Catholic member of the Our Lady of the Snows Parish. Secondary preference is granted to Catholics who are active, supporting members of Catholic parishes both within and outside the Diocese of Reno. A complete copy of the Admissions Policy is available in the school office to any interested party. Beginning with the 1999-2000 school year, admission allowances will be made for those families who qualify under the federal guidelines for the Title 1 and/or Free Lunch programs following the above priorities. (The specifics of these guidelines can be obtained from the principal of the school or by writing to the Nevada Department of Education.)
Kindergarten Registration
Registration for Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year will open October 2, 2023. You will need to submit the original birth certificate, original baptismal certificate and the most recent immunization records.
Grades 1st – 8th Registration
Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will open October 2, 2023. If there are any spots available, parents will be notified sometime in April 2024.
Unfortunately, we do not have any openings for the current school year.
Tuition will increase for the 2024-2025 school year
